ABOUT THE OWNER

My name is Dedric Smith, CEO & Founder of “Keeping UP The Score, LLC.” I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Prior to becoming an expert in Mental Health, I obsessed over the thoughts of becoming a professional athlete. Thoughts of “making it” is what kept me motivated.

I fell short of this accomplishment. As an expert of Mental Health, I now realize even if I had “made it” as a professional athlete, challenge will persist beyond the achievement of my goals. Why? Let’s talk about it.

Insurance

At Keeping Up the Score, we understand the importance of quality mental health care. Super Bills will be offered upon intake. An alternative used by payor to request payment from insurance companies when paying out-of-pocket. I am an out of the network provider for all insurance plans. However, for insurance reimbursement I provide a treatment service statement that can be submitted to your insurance company. It is important you ask your health insurance provider about the type of coverage they provide for out of network providers, as well as, yearly deductibles as each insurance policy is different.
